Payment is due at the time of purchase and can be made via supported payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

2.3. Access Delivery: Upon successful payment, users will receive immediate access to the purchased services through their LeadsMate AI / LeadsFynder account, and login details will be delivered via email.

3. Refund and Return Policy

3.1. Refunds: Refunds will be considered under the following conditions: (a) the user experiences a verified technical issue that prevents product usage and (b) the refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase. Refund eligibility is subject to review and approval by our support team as per the terms outlined in our Refund Policy.

3.2. Return Policy: Due to the nature of virtual products, returns are generally not applicable. Exceptions may apply under extenuating circumstances and are outlined in the Return Policy.

4. Cancellation Policy
